Promised $100 gift card not issues

I have been trying to get a response from Xfinity for weeks regarding a $100 gift card i was supposed to receive with new service. I did not get it and now no one from customer service will respond. very typical of them. only care about signing new customers up, not servicing them after. I'm ready to go back to fidium. i didn't have those problems with them!!!!
