Problems

I had a tech come out for a new customer install on December 31st. He couldn’t finish the job because he was trying to tell me there wasn’t enough signal in the lines to finish the job and to call back on Tuesday. So I did that and some lady said everything good to go and the modem and cable box are in the mail and she never supplied the tracking for it and the job not even completed on side of house. I don’t know what to do
