Problems with Xfinity support
I had the worst experience with Xfinity support today. I was on the phone with technical support for about an hour and he appeared to be clueless and was no help at all. And trying to even get to a real person is almost impossible. I have been an Xfinity platinum customer for years and I think it if finally time I get a new provider. I am so fed up with the Lack Of support.
I can no longer access one of my email accounts and as evident by my lack of support this will not get resolved. So frustrating. I expect more from Xfinity.
