Problems with Xfinity services
I am so disappointed in Xfinity. I went to add a streaming service, everything looked great for 1 day. Nothing but problems since. I just wanted to add a channel, now after many chats, calls and a store visit I need to have a tech visit. I am looking into Verizon. I have been a loyal customer but now, I just don’t know

When you wanted to add the channel, what method did you use (Internet, calling in, chatting)? You also mentioned a streaming service, were you adding a channel and streaming service?
