Problems with voice section
Hi. Is anyone having problems with the voice section of the mail? I wanted to get a phone number for a caller that I missed, but every time I try, it states 400 Bad Request, request header or cookie too large, nginx. It's been like this for TWO DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I tried to message xfinity, but one of the employees was rude. When I messaged them about having problems with the youtube and vevo apps (which I'm still having problems with) they were nice, but now they're giving me attitude. It would be nice if there was an email address, such as customerhelp@xfinity.com, but there isn't. It's like pulling teeth trying to call them, and when you do, you get all these stupid options that you don't want. Ugh.
