Problems with my services

Could someone look at my account please and see what my issues are? I've been having spotty service since the last storm came through. I'm having trouble with my services again today and the app doesn't show any outages. I've restarted the gateway and also performed a system refresh, but I'm still not able to get much done online. Thanks for your help!

xTheEdgex Thanks for posting on our Forums. I would always recommend using the Xfinity app to run through the automated diagnostics. Just to check if there is any reported signal interference coming to your home. We can help check on the signal health as well with my team. if you'd like us to assist, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

 

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
