Problems regarding WiFi network management in the app and the vpn provided through Xfinity

So I recently had to reactivate my service because I neglected to make sure my card was unlocked come the due date…..my bad…. I activated the gateway and pro extender with no problem and my WiFi works now… great…. However now managing my WiFi is no longer an option in the app and it’s not on the website either….. I’ve also waited 24 hours as well I used to be able to manage connected devices, restart the gateway, and have a whole bunch of other options but it has ceased to exist in this app…. I’ve tried signing out and back in, I’ve tried reinstalling the app I’ve tried resetting network settings  I’ve also tried going through the activation flow again as well still the problem persists. Now after deleting the app in an effort to reset the app and clear possible glitches I no longer have have access the vpn provided through the app on my iPhone 16 pro on the most recent iOS version however it works on my galaxy zfold 7 through another carrier which is great because that’s my main phone…..anytime I hit setup on this device from my iPhone the page just closes out. I’ve done all the steps I listed above over again to no avail The Xfinity assistant is saying to turn on location services but when going to app settings there is no option for location settings for the Xfinity app so I reset location and privacy settings in the reset menu in settings on the iPhone as well and it’s still not letting me proceed so now I’ve lost the ability to manage my WiFi network and the vpn on my iphone….. When going through the assistant it keeps going through pre-generated responses and it didn’t have a response to anything I say aside from starting over a circle. I try asking for a live agent and it throws me in a circle again…… guys I work tech support for another phone company and I’ve tried everything I can think of to get this to work, I love the WiFi service it’s super consistent and fast but not having the things I used to have and should have is bugging me. Maybe a ticket needs to be filed? Any other suggestions? Hope I’m not shouting into the wind here too…..
