Problems contacting customer support
I have less than kind words for the garbage pile that you guys call an Ai running your online support chat. It's impossible to get anywhere on the phone as it asks you to go to the website, the website tells you talk to the online agent, and the online agent has like 3 damn options to choose from and none of them are what I need and when I try to get around it to talk to a person it just says to try the app. This is beyond frustrating and honestly I get better customer service at food trucks. I need to talk to a real person about my account, how in the 9 layers of hell am I supposed to do that
