Problems changing payment card

I got a new debit card . I need to change it on my xfinity account. Have tried on line for hours, just spent 2 hours at comcast store(they didn't know how) and have spent hours trying to call your customer service. U can NEVER get a human being. I am going have to find a different internet provider just because I can't change my debit card. This is ridiculous.

user_jw0jtu Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Are you trying to change the payment method through either the Xfinity website or app? have you tried the steps through this article? If so, are you receiving an error code or message at any point during the process?
