Problem with Xfinity

I was supposed to be switched to streaming and now Xfinity is saying they have no record of the conversation.   I have texts and an hour long phone call to prove it.   Xfinity sucks!

6099215 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with this swap to streaming. This is not the experience we want any customer to have and we would be more than happy to help. Could you tell me if you were looking into the NOW TV services or were you looking at our Xfinity stream app and not using one of our boxes?
