Problem with plan order

Dear Xfinity representatioves,

could you please assist me witn with internet plan order problem.

In the my Xfinity account was apeared message about new offers for me.

When I click "Add To Card" selected plan I get message "we not able to complete this order online".

I attached screenshotes of thise messages.

Is it possible to solve it online?
