Problem with on demand/Filmrise (Batman tv show listed as free, but not available)
I'm not really sure what to put this under, but I'm having a problem with one of the on demand channels/apps. I was looking up the 1960's tv show Batman, and it was listed as being available for free, but when I click on any episode, a quick message pops up saying the show is no longer available, so fast to the point you can't read it. It's been like that for awhile. I tried emailing Filmrise, the channel it was under, and haven't gotten a response. If it's no longer available, I wish they would fix this, because it [Edited: "Language"] for you to say a show is available, and when you click on it it's no longer available. The availability date is 1/1/99, which is probably wrong. Whom do I email about this?

Hello @kissfreak1975-, Thank you for reaching out and sharing this with us. I can completely understand your frustration when a show you're excited to watch, like the classic Batman series, doesn't work as expected. Since you've already taken the excellent step of contacting Filmrise directly, we can investigate this on our end. The content availability on our platform, including what's free and for how long, is determined by our agreements with content providers like Filmrise. The 1/1/99 availability date you mentioned is a clear sign that something is not right, and we need to report this to our team.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
