Problem with cable box installation

Code RDK-03013 Did chat box with two xfinity support personnel. Still having issues with getting signal to restart tv box.

Hi there, user_71uvgz! We are happy to further help with the TV box and apologize that has been acting up. Since the signals are not coming through from the Xfinity Assistant, please unplug the power cable for the TV box for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
