Problem returning old set top box

When I try to print a label to return my ancient set top box, the system will only allow me to select my brand-new box for return. Both boxes show a Devices in my account view. I don't want to send the old box, or have them turn off my new box because that's what I selected when printing the label, and returning in person is a pain.

Those are great questions. UPS will print the label and once we get it back we will scan the box that will bring up your account for it to be removed. UPS will already have the address that it needs to be shipped to. As for the "In Progress" order, it will cancel after 48-72 hours and nothing else will need to be done.

@user_5881a4 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand the frustration this has caused. You can easily take the old box to the UPS store, and they will be more than happy to print out the shipping label at no charge to you. We have a fantastic partnership with them, and they will get you taken care of.

@XfinityTimothyA​ What information will UPS require so Xfinity will know the box came from my account? Also, can the "in progress" order that wants to print the label to return my new box be cancelled? I can't find how to do that.
