Problem resolution & responsiveness

This is my 4th attempt in trying to post this. Bottom line, there is a safety issue here with a cable laying in the street between my connection point on the pole and my house. It was accidentally severed by our garbage collector while collecting our garbage. The connection point at my house appears intact while the cable needs to be reconnected up on the pole. Repeated calls to Xfinity have been with phony escalation requests and no resolution. Agents talk the company line. Bottom line, we have the cable laying in the street causing a safety issues and my family are in a complete outage. No one at Xfinity really seems to care. In addition, while this should not happen to ANY subscriber, I have been with Xfinity for 22 years. Can someone with authority please a se respond to this issue in a timely manner. It has already been two days too long ! Do the right thing and put priority situations in perspective. That cable still remains in the road waiting for a problem to happen. A technician in a bucket truck could resolve this within 30 minutes. Please show some common sense.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
