Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am not sure they are current or former law enforcement, but someone with law enforcement background is working with Comcast internal or field staff doing illegal network surveillance on my home network. Not sure if they plugged something into Comcast network or they installed a splitter somewhere outside my house to do illegal network surveillance. Could Comcast please investigate?

In normal circumstances, I would not notice a bit if the US Government is monitoring my network. They deliberately let us know they are doing illegal surveillance on us in order to harass us and make us feel fear. It is an invasion of privacy if the police/law enforcement are monitoring my home network without a court order or my consent. I pay every month and I am supposed to get secure private network from Comcast ISP, not a public network everyday. The whole illegal surveillance started ~ June 2022.
