Communication dates with Kristen C via email

Ms. Kristen was very dismissive, she wasn’t willing to take any of the documented proof that i had regarding myself being placed on Ms.Williams account. She was very rude and she also advised that she don’t assist with compensation , but yet she placed a $50 credit on my Xfinity Mobile account something that i didn’t approved of. She also threatened to close out the complaint which i had advised her not to. She then proceeds to tell me that the security department would be contacting me regarding compensation . Nobody ever followed up .
I have also made several attempts to even so far as reach out Xfinity ( Comcast’s ) corporate account regarding this concern and i was basically told that what happened didn’t happen and i should be happy with the $50 credit . When upon checking im owed way more for what i went through
