Prime video app

The prime video app requires device registration every time we click on it. Have tried rebooting tv box, tv, router - still happening

@BWD123 Have you restarted your internet modem as well? If not, I would do that first, then restart your cable box once again after. Do you recall approximately how long you've had your cable box?
