Primary User

Hello, I've been THE ONLY PRIMARY USER on my account.  I've tried to make changes and it tells me I'm not the primary user.  I've checked my profile and it lists me as a USER and no one as the PRIMARY.  I've called but can't get anyone to change it.

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

@Again​  Hello, I had done that previously.  It only lists the primary as blank field and mine under it as a user.
