primary account address

When setting up my internet the wrong address was put in. I live in an apartment and the address on my account is the office address not my unit address. I tried to call the support line and cant get a live agent just the automatic thing.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
