Cord cutting and greedy local stations/sports networks. As more people cancel TV, that leaves fewer to pay the costs. Local stations are more and more owned by gigacorps like Sinclair and Nexstar. On the other hand, RSN (Regional Sports Networks) are dying real fast. Some are starting stand-alone streaming, but they often cost $20-30/month, which is why your TV bill is so expensive when they are included.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_108613 I know the cost of everything has been on the rise, more so recently, and it's becoming difficult to manage services. We can look into options with new promotions, or different tiers of services. It's possible we can find something that will work better with your must-have services and budget.
Send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there we can help review the options and see what we can do to lower the cost.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I'm paying over $300 for it, and they are still charging me for equipment that I turned in but never got credit for it...I'm thinking of going somewhere else!
