prices for bundles

hi --

 

i am a current customer.  i have a bundle that includes home security, but i'm considering dropping the home security part.  but i can't find prices for other bundles.

 

one of the comcast employees answered someone else's similar Q, saying to click on their name (it was "comcast michael") and send a private message via a link on the right.  i clicked on "comcast michael" but i couldn't find any link on the right or anywhere else to send a message. 

 

am i missing something?  help!

You have to make a public post before you get the ability, it’s against forum guidelines to send unsolicited private messages. Make a detailed post like the one you saw without any private information and wait for an Official Employee to acknowledge and ask you for that private message
