Price lock

I see you are offering a 5 year price lock to new customers.  

How about a 5 year price lock for existing customers???

I can never speak with a REAL PERSON and your xfinity assistant is a joke.

user_wmglrr Hello, we do offer 5 year for existing customers as long as it is available in your area. Some areas may not have it yet.
