Price jump for same service

Hi! I've been an Xfinity customer for 3+ years, and my internet-only bill has increased from $30 to $95 per month, even though I haven't changed my internet speed or services.

I'd like to understand exactly what caused the increase, including whether a promotional discount expired or my equipment rental charge changed.

I want to keep my current internet speed, but $95 per month is too expensive for the same service. Could you review my account for available promotions or discounts and check whether there's a plan that includes Wi-Fi equipment for less than I'm currently paying?

@user_hzhyix Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with your bill concerns. As a friendly reminder on page three of your bill is where you would locate any promotions you may be on along with their end dates.  I have a link that goes into your bill line by line https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design

I am happy to review your bill and look for options to lower it.

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so I can assist you further?
