Price increases
Why are the prices for internet so high right now? I was paying $43 a month for 400mbps speed before. Now I pay $60 for 1gbps for one year but after my year is up it will go up to $110 a month! If I go down to the lowest speed it will still be $70 per month. I hope there will be a deal available to existing customers within the next year I can move to. Is there some reason for these price increases? Are they to cover the discounts given new customers?
Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
