Price increase

I just started a new plan with discounts in November 2025 and now my upcoming charges for January 2026 show a $15 increase

Why is my bill increasing this much after I made various changes to lower my bill just 2 months ago

I'm really not satisfied with this happening after I have been a customer for over 30 years

I agree this is the new America, everyone from cars to houses to internet service is price gouging and it’s beyond rediculous. Eventually it’s all gonna crash it’s not sustainable. Greed has become the way in America and it’s beyond human decency, which does not exist as it did before.

I am confused how my bill has managed to increase ~$20 after I have a price guarantee for 1 Gig internet service for 5 years. ~ 4 years left.. Literally On my bill, they just increased the price anyway.

The plan price recently went up and I'm not happy with the current rate given for someone living on social security with a fixed income. I also just downgraded my cable plan, internet speed, and returned equipment a couple of months ago all to lower my bill.  I’m now looking into T-Mobile Home Internet, which would be $35/month with a 5 year price guarantee since my voice plan is with them.

What other plans or promotions might be available with Xfinity besides locking in a lower five year guarantee price with a different internet provider?
