Price Increase
This is going to be my second price increase since the pandemic started. In these tough economic times, can't you put it off. What smart executive decided to do this? Good timing. Time to change. I've got other bills to pay.

Hello, @RAL13! Thanks again for reaching out to us. I know it can be frustrating when the bill is on the rise, especially during these times. I, myself, am on a strict budget and understand needing to make every dollar count! I would like to see what we would be able to do for you. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so we may further assist you?

I am in a similar boat, where I was on a contract where after a year, the contract ended so my price changed from $29.99 to $44.99, since the promotional price was $29.99 and the regular price was $44.99. But, then, after ANOTHER year, some other part of the contract ended, as is being claimed currently, which they called a "bundle discount", except I did not have a bundle, only internet. So, the "bundle discount" ended, and now they want to charge $72.95. Has anyone ever heard of an xfinity service that costs $72.95? I had not, until all of the sudden I am being charged $72.95.
