Prey on the deceased
My mother passed away and after they kept charging her account, even after I showed them a death certificate, they kept billing another card. I finally found out she has a router that no one ever disclosed to me that she had, and needed to be returned. They will not waive the return or the fee. Absolutely garbage people. Really disgusting they will prey and the deceased just to make a buck.
