Just turner tv on 15 minutes ago. All I get is preparing channel lineup

Pressed restart but now again get Preparing your channel lineup

user_y8vod3 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Is this your first time using this box? Can you please try removing power from the TV Box, then plug it back in? It sounds like it may have glitched and is stuck in the booting process.
