Howdy! There is no need to renew any billing with our prepaid services, that is all handled on autopay. 

To set up automatic payments for Xfinity NOW services, you can do the following: 
 
  1. Go to the NOW Portal homepage
  2. Click See details next to Payments
  3. Click All payment methods
  4. Select Add new card
  5. Enter your payment information
  6. Click Add
  7. Pause and unpause your NOW service to use your new payment method
  8. Turn autopay back on from the NOW Portal homepage
