Prepaid visa gift card missing

I suppose to receive a prepaid visa gift card for switching from ATT to Xfinity Mobile and bringing my own phone. I was told that I will receive the card after 90 days of service. It was been more than 90 days and I have not received anything. When I call for follow up I keep on getting different answers. Some say it’s gonna be shipped to my house, some say it’s going to be sent digitally to my email. Everyone gives me different time frames. They opened a case and said it will be resolved in 5-7 business days. It’s been more than 10 business days since then and the case still shows pending on their news (I was told that when I called today). Can someone give me the correct timeframe and tell be which one is it: sent digitally or shipped by mail? I’m so frustrated by getting forefront answers from different customer service reps.

Hi there @user_185ba4, I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with the gift card. In case it is helpful to you or others, here if more information about the Xfinity Mobile gift cards:

Where do I check the status of my prepaid card?

You can check the status of your prepaid card through the Xfinity Incentive Tracker at https://comca.st/36uXIFy.

Prepaid card status is not displayed in My Account or the Xfinity Mobile app.

When can I check the status of my prepaid card?

If you expect to receive a prepaid card as part of a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) promotional offer, you can check the status of your prepaid card about one week after activation of all required services.

If you traded in a phone and made a qualifying new phone purchase as part of a promotional offer, you should receive an email from Assurant letting you know the phone you traded in was received. This may take seven to 10 business days from when you shipped your old phone.

After you receive the email from Assurant, it could take up to eight weeks for the status of your prepaid card to appear in the Xfinity Incentive Tracker.

What do the different status messages in the Xfinity Incentive Tracker mean?

If the promotional offer has a 90-day qualifying period, you’ll see a “Pending Fulfillment Eligibility” status during that time. This usually applies to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) offers.

If you meet all the eligibility requirements for a prepaid card, you'll see a "Qualified" status.

When your prepaid card ships, you'll see a "Shipped" status.

Will I be notified when my card is shipped?

An email will be sent to the email address associated with your cable account when your card is processing. The email will provide the card amount and the address where the card will be shipped.

What should I do if I think I'm eligible for a prepaid card but don't see anything in the Xfinity Incentive Tracker?

If you are not seeing your information in the Xfinity Incentive Tracker, contact us via chat and we'll look into it for you. Please remember, the amount of time it takes for your information to appear varies based on the type and terms of the specific promotional offer.

Our team has extremely limited ability with Xfinity Mobile and so the best option will always be to reach out to a Mobile expert in-store, via phone from 7AM to 12AM EST or text 24/7 at 1-888-936-4968, or via Chat

Update: I continued to receive different answers through mid May and at one point I was told that I will not qualify because few weeks after switching I purchased a new iPhone. (Prior purchasing the phone I asked them if it will affect my existing promotion or should I wait and was told I can go ahead and purchase and it will not negate my eligibility). At that point I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a few days later I was contacted by someone from Xfinity Mobile corporate office and they were able to quickly resolve my issue.

I did basically the same. Transferred two lines from t-mobile to xfinity at the end of January. Around the first of March I upgraded one line to a new phone. I received one gift card at the end of June. I did not receive the second so I called xfinity and was told by upgrading my phone I violated the terms of the agreement. I was also told before upgrading it would not effect the promotional gift cards. Guess I need to contact the BBB as well.
