Prepaid Shipping Label

I have moved recently and need to return a modem from Xfinity. The device is not showing up on the return page and it seems like others have had this issue. There are no Xfinity retail stores near me either. I need a UPS store and strictly just need a prepaid shipping label. Please, whichever agent responds to this just send me my shipping label.

user_l43mnm Thanks for submitting a post. You should be able to bring the equipment to a local UPS Store, as long as it is boxed up at least, and they can provide the shipping label and send it back to our warehouse for you. We can also send a return equipment kit that will have the box and prepaid label included if you'd prefer to wait a few days.
