Prepaid Military Card

Ma'am or Sir still waiting on a resolution.  I was told to message xfinity and I did,  the started a conversation thru text then abruptly stopped.  

What is going on this is why people get frustrated with your customer service xfinity make more excuses than any company I've dealt with but are making money hand over foot.
