prepaid master card trouble shooting

I received an email to activate a prepaid mastercard they sent to me. When I click the link, it brings me to a page not found response. When I call the number, it's not for xfinity. Help?

@user_fpz4no What does our incentive tracker show when you plug in your account number? You'll want to confirm the phone number in the email with the contact information provided within the tracker as well. If you're having issues with redeeming that reward you'll want to reach out to that team directly.

I received the same email, the sender’s email address looks like it came from XFINITY and it takes you to a prepaid card service website and says that the code is not valid and gives you some options to try typing in a code or card number. I don’t understand why XFINITY has chosen this way to give money back to customers, instead of mailing them a card or giving an option to apply it to their bill.

Lnwolf68 Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with activating your gift card with our Xfinity Forums. I like the idea you suggested of having the option to have it applied towards your bill. That's one I'll definitely forward along. Can you please try this link, and see if this one works for you?

Wonderful! I am glad to hear that, Lnwolf68. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to create a new public submission. Have a great rest of your day.
