prepaid master card trouble shooting

I received an email to activate a prepaid mastercard they sent to me. When I click the link, it brings me to a page not found response. When I call the number, it's not for xfinity. Help?

@user_fpz4no What does our incentive tracker show when you plug in your account number? You'll want to confirm the phone number in the email with the contact information provided within the tracker as well. If you're having issues with redeeming that reward you'll want to reach out to that team directly.

I don't know what you're talking about - I can't even get to a point to plug in my account number?
The email simply says, "click below, enter activation code, follow onscreen instructions". When I click on the link, it's broken. So I went to plan B. In the body of the email it says, "Questions? Call 866-285-8392." When I call that number, it is a recording for a meeting line.

also, I have no idea what my account number is. I never received a bill in the mail - when I signed up, I signed up for paperless.

The link I provided goes to our incentive tracker where the main screen asks you to plug in your account number. You can locate your account number through a multitude of self-service options you have access to through the xfinty.com web page and Xfinity app. Check out this article to get instructions on how to locate your account number.
