Prepaid label

I’m reaching out because the prepaid label for my phone trade-in is not showing when I use the link provided. I’ve tried opening it in different browsers, on multiple devices, and even cleared my cache, but the label still doesn’t appear.

Could you please resend the label or provide an alternative way for me to access it so I can complete the trade-in process?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having opening the link to download the prepaid shipping label.  Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service or address so we can get this resolved for you.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
