Prepaid Card for Military

Please advise how to receive the $180 prepaid card for military customers. Both my husband and I are military vets.

morris1357 Hello, first of thank you for your service! To receive the card, military members need to visit xfinity.com/military and click "get started" after confirming their military status. The card is typically delivered via email within 14-16 weeks. You can also track the status of your gift card on the Xfinity Incentive Tracker.
