Prepaid account stuck in scheduled move

Hello,

I have been trying to schedule a move for my Xfinity Prepaid account. I tried several times to move it on the same day and the website just kept crashing with an error during the confirmation process. Contacting the new automated assistant was completely useless as it just kept pointing me to the same move page that failed. Finally, I was able to schedule a move for a future date (instead of same day even though that's a valid option). I scheduled it for October 28th. The website shows me the move is scheduled for October 28th. I cannot schedule any more moves. However, I do not have access nor can I activate service at my new address. The website says my service is already active (while also saying my move is scheduled) and keeps charging me.

Can you please help me so that I can activate my service at the new address? This experience has been extremely frustrating since I was not able to talk to any human support and the automated agent just keeps pointing to the move your service page for any question including the word move.

Xfinity Prepaid has no live support. Both online chat and phone use an automated assistant that is unable to answer my question regarding the status of my move... Anytime I mention the word move to them they just point me to the page I have already used to schedule my move. There is no way for them to resolve why the move didn't actually happen yet.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to get support, @user_ebkei5! When attempting to get support with Xfinity Assistant, I would recommend typing agent and that should get you in touch with our support team. You can reach out to our team here  1-855-757-7372, and request to speaking with an agent. We are limited on access to your account here on Social Media.

Yeah I tried that but it then asks you what you want support for and just keeps looping. No way to talk to a human. I guess I will just stop using Xfinity Prepaid.

user_ebkei5 There could be a serviceability concern at your new location. We can check on that for you if you would like.

That would be great. How can we do that?
