prepaid $180 debit card for veterans

I signed up for a $180 prepaid Mastercard for veterans last year and am having a hard time receiving this. It apparently was sent to an old email address earlier this year, so I never received it originally. After several calls, I had it reissued and received it in an email a few weeks ago. I clicked on the card to redeem it and it said the redemption code had expired, just three weeks after I received it. How can I get a valid card sent to me somehow? I've tried to call the 866-385-8392 number, but am on hold for extended periods and end up never getting through. Can someone help me with this?

Hello @user_qau20x Sorry to hear about the issues with the prepaid card. We can open a request with our team that handles those reward cards to see if the can reissue another one for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
