Preferred Coaxial Port in Apartment Not Working

I had a technician come out last week to my new apartment and install my internet. I had originally requested he install the gateway in the office so that I could use an ethernet cable with my PC, but the coaxial port in the office either didn't have signal or didn't have a very strong signal. As a result, the technician ended up installing the gateway in my living room. Is there any way I could get a technician to come and activate the correct coaxial port? I would do it myself, but I don't seem to have access to the coaxial wiring from inside my apartment.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, jondlc. We can schedule a professional installation for you. Typically, there is a charge of $100 that will apply. To schedule it, I would need your account information. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
