practical magic $10 perk offer
on Thursday I redeemed the benefit for the practical magic 2 movie ticket. I attempted to get my ticket on Fandango, and it erred. I waited, and checked today. It definitely is in my redeemed benefits. So I am back in Fandango trying to book my ticket as today is the last day to use it. I successfully add it in Fandango, but when I try to check out it errors and says:
" Error:
- Sorry, your order didn't go through. Please review the address information being entered and try your order again.
I regularly have issues with perk redemptions, movies that should be in my purchases from perk rewards redemptions are absent, book codes for Amazon won't work because the Xfinity page "Cant be found" etc. I have however had success redeeming the movie ticket codes if I got one before all benefits were claimed. What else can I try?
