Power pole and connected Internet line scheduled to be replaced & moved

The power pole outside my house, which the internet cannot connects to, is being replace and moved by Portland General Electric. Will they reconnect the Internet, or should I schedule Xfinity service?

user_zinzmk Thanks for reaching out about the pole outside your home being replaced. We would want to get our team out to move it as the power company won't touch it. I would be happy to put in a work order to get our team out.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
