Power has been restored, but service still off

Hello, 

A pole was taken out earlier this morning (about 12 hours ago), power was restored to the area 10 hours ago. I'm surprised to still see that the network issues have been resolved. No relation to any storms or anything. 

I think my concern is even though it shows on the app that there's an outage in my area, I'm worried since I might be the only one since the outage map never shows anyone else that I may actually never get my issue resolved.

If your address appears on our service interruption map, it means we know there's an issue, and we're working towards getting it resolved, even if it's a single household!
