power cord missing + no cable
I recieved my router in the mail yesterday and it did not come with a power cord. I tried to call the store closest to me but it just had me talk to the xfinity online assistant which has been "connecting me to a live agent" for the past 20 minutes. I also have no cable port in my apartment as far as I can tell, so I cant plug it in there. Please let me know how it goes can get a power cord and if itll work without the cable cord.

Good morning, @user_tdnkcl I am sorry to hear about the trouble getting started. Your modem should have included a power cord. We can quickly resolve this by sending you a new Getting Started Kit with a properly packaged gateway. If there isn't a coaxial wall outlet in your apartment, that would need to be addressed first. The service won't be able to activate. So you will need to work with your landlord to have one installed, typically by a general contractor or electrician. Our technicians do not install wall plates or perform inside wiring.
