Power company waiting on Comcast to remove inactive coax from unsafe pole

Rocky Mountain Power determined the old utility pole at my property is a safety risk and installed a new pole about 10 feet away. They can't remove the old pole until Comcast's attachment is off it.

The only Comcast equipment on the old pole is a single coax line that is not in use by either property flanking the old utility pole. I can provide the pole tag number, photos, and the power company's work order number.

Please assist in opening a removal ticket, I'll send my name and address by direct message.

HI there @Help_Quickly Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forum about getting that cable line removed.  I'll be happy to assist.  Did Rocky Mountain Power company confirm that it was an Xfinity Cable line?

Thank you for the quick reply, yes they were able to confirm and I know that the single coax line that is ran/demarked on the pole is the same line we used to be connected with in the past. What is the best way or process to submit the location for the proper team to plan the field work?
