Possible scam

I called y’all last week to see about getting a different plan as my bill has gotten too expensive was thinking about canceling. I was told to call back in 10 days and maybe there would be a new promotion a couple of days ago. I got a call from [Edited: "Possible phishing number"]. I have not called it back because I’m not sure if if it is actually y’all.
