Possible fraud email

I have received 2 emails stating that my account needs to update my payment method and my account is past due, I need to speak with someone to get this resolved

I’ve been getting emails and just now a phone/voicemail saying I would lose my 50% plan discount if I didn’t update and confirm my info… haha what 50% discount?.. No such thing. Looks like Comcast/xfinity has been breached again.

@Anon510271​ this is a scam that has been going on for well over a year.  Nothing new.

user_u9e33y If you suspect the emails might be fraud, I would recommend to call into customer service. Then, ask to be transferred to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team as they are the experts that help with these issues specifically.
