Positive Customer Support Feedback
I was unable to find a method to provide positive customer feedback other than this forum. Please confirm this is the right place for feedback.
I wanted to thank the employee named "Joan" for her excellent customer support resolving issues and facilitating me happily upgrading. Some of the best Xfinity customer support I have had in awhile and I am happy to be paying more monthly because of it. That would not have happened without her help.
The support call was with Joan on 2024-05-30 ~2230 UTC . Please forward this message to her and her management team so her efforts are appreciated by them as well as me.
