Porting from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile- 8days
Hello All,
I just went through complete a horror experience. I had long time Verizon cell phone service. I was convinced by Xfinity Mobile that they have great service as they use Verizon Network. Xfinity mobile cost was about 40% lower than Verizon. Also the porting will be very quick- just change the SIM card and 10-15mins you are up and running. Also no contract at Xfinity mobile. So if you don’t like you, you can go back to Verizon. Seemed attractive enough to agree to move from Verizon to Xfinity mobile.
Real life experience in Sept 2021:
Porting of cell line took 8 long days. Would have taken longer if I was not calling Xfinity mobile customer support ( in Honduras) and constantly bugging them. Several 2-4hrs call.
My cell line is for my client facing business.
All got affected. Clients calling my cell line got disconnected message.
Can anyone help me? Want this reported and compensated for damages caused.
