Port forwarding Not working

When I try to port forward on the xfinity app, it says “Were having some trouble, please try again. If the problem persists, check back later.” I have been trying for the past two days to make a port, and it still says the same thing. How do I fix this?

Hello, @, thank you for reaching out in our forum for help with your port forwarding concern. I totally get where you're coming from on this, especially since you've been trying for so long. I have your back on this 🙌. By chance, are you getting this error message when you try to log in, or are you able to successfully log into the app?
